  • We do not maintain pre-printed bulk inventories.
  • Products are printed and shipped via third-party manufacturing facilities.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products, Pricing & Sizing

  • Product Representations: We make every effort to display garment colors, textures, and graphic placement as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur depending on screen monitors, fabric blends, and digital print calibration.
  • Sizing Guides: Detailed size charts with measurements (inches/centimeters) are provided on each product page. Because items are custom printed upon ordering, customers are responsible for verifying their size before ordering.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products.

4. Order Confirmation, Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages, inaccuracies in product descriptions/prices, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Fulfillment Window: Because orders enter automated production queues quickly (often within 2 to 12 hours of placement), requests to change addresses, sizes, or cancel orders must be submitted immediately to [support@inspiritessentials.com]. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Billing & Payment Information

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production vs. Transit Times: Total turnaround time consists of Production/Fulfillment Time (printing and quality control: typically 2–7 business days) plus Shipping Transit Time (carrier delivery: typically 3–7 business days domestically, longer for international shipments).
  • Delivery Delays: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Inspirit Essentials is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather disruptions, peak holiday shipping surges, customs holds, or carrier strikes.
  • Inaccurate Addresses: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer during checkout. Reshipment fees for returned or lost packages due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.
